While so much of our focus on fundraising and donation requests for the Nix Campus has been the BIG things and must haves like furniture, building renovations/improvements, and appliances, there is such much more on our Wish List...and one of those things is athletic equipment! Teenage boys have lots of energy and need a healthy way to burn off that energy. If you've been out to our Bermont Campus you know there are almost always boys playing basketball. Well we have a court at the Nix Campus too, plus a WHOLE lot of land for them to play soccer, football, disc golf, cornhole & other yard games, dodgeball, and more. And all that stuff really adds up!

 

Well we are thrilled to announce that the athletic equipment for the Nix Campus will be funded in large part by the Leadership Charlotte Endowment Grant for Youth, a Charlotte Community Foundation grant! Thank you!
